An Illegal Crime Wave Sweeps America

It has become quite popular and cliche these days, in the aftermath of the great immigration reform debate of 2007, to characterize illegal immigrants as a poor downtrodden minority deprived of their basic human rights. Our esteemed Senator Kennedy has said,

"At the heart of the issue of immigration is work and hope. People risk their lives to come to this country to work hard. They come to this country to make a better life for themselves and their families."

And our own open border and panderer in Chief, George Bush has stated that illegal immigrants are just here "to fill jobs that Americans won't do", "and that "immigration helps restore our souls."

Excuse me? Am I hearing things right here? If it is true that our souls need to be restored, I thought that was the providence and privilege of a loving and merciful God, not the US government. Does George Bush have a God complex? I think of him as more of a clod than a god, but that is just me!

However, in spite of all the "empty political rhetoric" coming from the pro illegal immigration side of the fence, the statistical facts tell a much different story about the landscapers and lettuce pickers coming to America to do "jobs that Americans won't do." Do these jobs include murder, rape and robbery? Do they include illegal gangs and organized crime cartels smuggling drugs and humans and yes, even terrorists, across our undefended southern border?

This tragic story was reported in Portland, Oregon, another great "sanctuary city" for illegal immigrants coming to America to the "jobs Americans will not do." In this case the job was murder and rape of a 15 year old girl from Texas that came to visit her relatives in Oregon. Incidentally this is one of the common initiations for new members into the MS-13 gang.

Suspects In Texas Girl's Death May Face Deportation

OREGON CITY - Two men accused of murdering a 15-year-old Texas girl appeared in court for the first time on Tuesday, when some violent details of the death of Dani Countryman were released.

Now the investigation reveals that the two may force deportation.

Alejandro "Alex" Rivera-Gamboa, 24, and his cousin Gilberto "Gabe" Arellano-Gamboa, 23, were arraigned on charges of aggravated murder.

According to a probable cause affidavit, Countryman was killed by a shoe forcefully pushed against her throat and upper chest so hard that it left a shoe imprint. That shoe, according to the affidavit, was seized from Alejandro Rivera.

Detectives said he admitted to doing that in order to help his cousin, who was trying to have sex with her.

So now you are probably thinking, "OK, this is terrible but Americans commit crimes too. But why are you insinuating that all illegals are criminals like these two?" Well first of my friend, they are all criminals that came here illegally and have broken our nations laws. However I'm not saying all illegal aliens are murderers and rapists. Lets take a look at some of the statistics that our pro-illegal immigrant friends are apparently not aware of and I think would prefer we not see. In a House report released in 2006 titled A Line In The Sand, the following information on sexual predators was released:

The Violent Crimes Institute conducted a 12 month in-depth study of illegal immigrants who committed sex crimes and murders for the time period of January 1999 through April 2006. This study makes it clear that the U.S. faces a dangerous threat from sexual predators that cross the U.S. borders illegally.

The Institute analyzed 1,500 cases in depth, including serial rapes, serial murders, sexual homicides, and child molestation committed by illegal immigrants. Police reports, public records, interviews with police, and media accounts were all included. Offenders were located in thirty-six states, with the most of the offenders were located in States with the highest numbers of illegal immigrants. California was ranked first, followed by Texas, Arizona, New Jersey, New York, and Florida.

Based on an estimated illegal immigrant population of 12,000,000 and the fact that young males make up more of this population than the general U.S. population, the Institute concluded that sex offenders in the illegal immigrant group make up a higher percentage.

ICE reports and public records show sex offenders comprising 2% of illegals apprehended. Based on this 2% figure, which is conservative, the Institute estimates that there are approximately 240,000 illegal immigrant sex offenders in the United States.

The study concluded, when applied to ongoing illegal immigration at the borders, these estimates translate to 93 sex offenders and twelve serial sexual offenders coming across U.S. borders illegally per day. The 1,500 offenders in this study had a total of 5,999 victims. Each sex offender averaged four victims.

This puts the estimate for victimization numbers around 960,000 for the 88 months examined in this study.

I don't know if you read all that but that means one million sexual offenses are committed by illegal aliens in America a seven year time period. That is a staggering indictment of a crime wave of epic proportions. I can't help but wonder if illegals don't come here just to ply their trade because they are aware of just how inept and broken our legal system is.

Suspect Pleads Not Guilty in New Jersey Students' Execution-Style Deaths

NEWARK, N.J. — A Peruvian national in the U.S. illegally and who was previously charged with raping a 5-year-old girl pleaded not guilty Friday in the execution-style slayings of three young college students, a day after he surrendered to the Newark mayor.

Jose Carranza, 28, aka Jose La Chira, entered his plea before Essex County Superior Court Judge Michael Casale. A second suspect, a 15-year-old boy, has been held pending a detention hearing, and authorities said more arrests were "imminent."

Carranza, of Peru, was being held on $1 million bail. He turned himself in to Newark Mayor Cory Booker after his fingerprints were lifted from a bottle in connection with the shootings of four college students on Saturday. Three were killed but a fourth survived and was hospitalized after the shootings in a Newark schoolyard.

FOX News has learned Carranza, who has a fake Social Security number, had been arrested on charges of raping a 5-year-old girl and then threatening the child and her parents. In that case he faced a 31-count indictment.

In another, he was arrested on assault charges stemming from a bar fight.

Immigration officials apparently were aware of Carranza's illegal status since his prior arrests, according to Essex County Sheriff Armando Fontoura.

It is absolutely appalling to me that this guy was out on the street after be arrested for raping a 5 YEAR OLD GIRL. The ACLU has done it's work well, when the rights of criminals take precedence over the rights of Americans. Three young college students would be alive if a judge in New Jersey had just an once of common sense in him.

The amount of criminal activity brought into this country by illegal immigrants is absolutely astounding. In an article published over at the Prison Planet the following statistics were found:

In fact, the MSM seems to go out of its way to hide criminal activity committed by illegal aliens. Here in Wisconsin, it's no secret that the vast majority of Hispanic/Latino residents are residing here illegally. In my area, their population has doubled in the past five years, because the mantra here is "Celebrate Diversity!"

When a crime is reported in the local newspaper, committed by someone with an obviously Hispanic/Latino name, no mention is made of the culprit's immigration status. When I phoned the local police station, to ask about statistics relating to crimes committed by illegal aliens, I was told that they don't keep such statistics. When I asked why not, I was told that they were not asked to do that, when filing crime reports at the state level.

Fortunately, a number of congressmen requested that the General Accountability Office (GAO) investigate and report information on criminal aliens incarcerated in federal and state prisons and local jails. The resulting GAO report, published in April 2005, revealed that illegal aliens make up 27% of the prison population. (The oft-cited figure of 12 million illegal aliens in the country means that they make up just 4% of the general population.)

Using the GAO report, Representative Steve King of Iowa points out that 25 Americans, on average, are killed by illegal aliens every day (about evenly split between motor vehicle accidents and outright murder).

Do the math: That works out to more than 9,000 deaths per year, or more than 36,000 deaths over the past four years. That's more than ten times the number of Americans killed in Iraq over the past four years!

Oddly, I've seen people in my hometown protesting against the war in Iraq, but I've never seen anyone protesting against the illegal alien invasion that is killing tens of thousands of Americans right here on our own soil.

It time that Americans are made aware of this epidemic of murder and rape brought into our country by Illegal aliens. 25 Americans are killed every day by illegals. This has got to stop. I understand that most Americans have no idea of the level of violence being perpetrated on Americans by illegals. And these figures do not include the drugs brought across the border and violence on both sides of the border because of that.

It is the biased News Media with it's liberal agenda and the minority rights lawyers of La Raza , MALDEF, Lulac and GALEO that are deceiving us about the true nature of many illegal immigrants in America today. I'm not so sure we want them to come out of the shadows. That is all we need is more rapists and murderers in America. For crying out loud, they are not even American citizens. I don't know if these are indications of serious problem in the societies that they come from. That is the premise for another study. I do think it is likely that the worst criminal elements come here intentionally because of the easy targets in America and the liberal corruption of our legal system that makes it likely that they either not be caught or released even if they are caught.

It is time for Americans to wake up and demand responsible border security for this country. No amount of cheap labor for big corporations can ever justify allowing an injustice of this magnitude to be perpetrated upon an unsuspecting population. It is the fault of our political leaders for allowing this compromise of our national integrity and security. There is absolutely no sane reason for this to continue. It is imperative that as a society we learn this lesson.

We are not a nation of immigrants. That is the biggest lie the pro-illegal immigration crowd ever spawned. We are not immigrants. We are a nation of Americans. We need to protect ourselves and our nation. Does George Bush know how many Americans are killed and raped because of his open border policy? Does Ted Kennedy know how many Americans are murdered because of his liberal baloney? Does the yappy dog pro-illegal Micheal Chertoff even care? 25 a day is the number. Unless we seal the border with a military presence it will not stop.

All I can say is that you need to write your congressmen and senators today and demand that they stop the insanity of amnesty and start protecting America and her legal citizens. I'm not sure how they think murdering and raping Americans is going to "restore our souls" but I would like to hear them try and explain it to us.
